MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS HELD AT THE MACKINAW MUNICIPAL BUILDING AT 7:30 P.M.
The meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals was called to order at 7:30 p.m.
This was a regularly scheduled meeting.
I. ROLL CALL: Present: Board Chairman – Jerry Sweckard & Board Members – Ted Laidig, Steve Powell Sr., and Wes Nunley
Also Present: Recording Secretary Nicole Chuich, Zoning Officer Dallas Davis, Village President Craig Friend
II. APPROVAL OF RECORDING SECRETARY: Nicole Chuich
Nunley moved, seconded by Laidig to approve the recording secretary for this meeting only as submitted. Motion carried.
III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Regular Meeting – June 8, 2010
Nunley moved, seconded by Laidig to approve the minutes of the regularly scheduled meeting of June 8, 2010 as submitted. Motion carried.
IV. ZONING OFFICER’S REPORT: Zoning Officer, Dallas Davis presented the Board with a report of all building permits issued for 2010.
Nunley moved, seconded by Sweckard to accept the Zoning Officer’s report as submitted. Motion carried.
V. ZONING CODE ADDITIONS/UPDATES: None
V. OTHER BUSINESS: Zoning Board appointments were discussed. Davis and Laidig are up for reappointment.
VI. ADJOURNMENT @ 7:40 P.M.
There being no further business to come before the Board, Laidig moved, seconded by Nunley to adjourn. Motion carried.
