MINUTES OF THE
REGULAR MEETING OF THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS HELD AT THE
Chairman, Jerry Sweckard
called the meeting of the Zoning Board of
Appeals to order at7:30 p.m.
It was a regularly scheduled meeting.
I.
ROLL CALL: Present:
Chairman – Jerry Sweckard Board Members – Todd Smith,
Steve Powell Sr., Chuck Lowery, Jesse Watkins, Ted Laidig and Wes Nunley
Also Present: Recording Secretary Lisa Spencer
II. APPROVAL
OF MINUTES:
Regular Meeting – June 9, 2009
Laidig moved, seconded by Watkins to approve the minutes of
the regular meeting of June 9, 2009 as submitted.
Motion carried.
III.
ZONING OFFICER’S REPORT: Dallas Davis
presented the Board with a report of the year to date building permits for 2009.
Watkins moved, seconded by Nunley to accept the Zoning Officers report as
submitted.
Motion carried.
VI.
SCHEDULE OF
SPECIAL USES:
The Board reviewed whether an addition should be made to the § 153.142
schedule of special uses to consider an option for commercial zoned properties
to apply for a special use permit to have the option of residential apartments
on the ground floor. After
further discussion the consensus of the Board was that no additions should be
made to the § 153.142 schedule of special uses at this time.

There being no further business to come before the Board,
Laidig moved seconded by Watkins to adjourn.
