MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS HELD AT THE MACKINAW MUNICIPAL BUILDING AT 7:30 P.M.
Chairman, Jerry Sweckard called the meeting of the Zoning Board of
Appeals to order at 7:30 p.m. It was a regularly scheduled meeting.
I. ROLL CALL: Present: Chairman – Jerry Sweckard Board Members – Steve
Powell Sr., Jesse Watkins, Ted Laidig and Wes Nunley
Also Present: Recording Secretary Lisa Spencer and Zoning Officer Dallas Davis
Absent: Todd Smith and Chuck Lowery
II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Regular Meeting – July 14, 2009
Laidig moved, seconded by Nunley to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of July 14, 2009 as submitted. Motion carried.
III. ZONING OFFICER’S REPORT: Dallas Davis presented the Board with a report of the year to date building permits for 2009.
Watkins moved, seconded by Nunley to accept the Zoning Officers report as submitted. Motion carried.
IV. ADJOURNMENT @ 7:46 P.M.
There being no further business to come before the Board, Nunley moved seconded by Watkins to adjourn. Motion carried.
