MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS HELD AT THE MACKINAW MUNICIPAL BUILDING AT 7:30 P.M.
Chairman Jerry Sweckard called the meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals to order at
7:30 p.m. It was a regular scheduled meeting.
I. ROLL CALL: Present: Chairman – Jerry Sweckard and Board Members - Ted Laidig, Steve Powell Sr., Wes Nunley and Chuck Lowery.
Absent: Board Members Todd Smith and Tom Goings
Also Present: Recording Secretary/Village Collector Lisa Martens and Zoning Officer Dallas Davis
II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Regular Meeting – January 13, 2009
Laidig moved, seconded by Lowery to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of January 13, 2009 as submitted. Motion carried.
III. ZONING OFFICER’S REPORT:
a) A report was presented to the Board listing all of the building permits that have been recently issued.
Lowery moved, seconded by Laidig to approve the Zoning Officer’s report as submitted. Motion carried.
b) Zoning Officer, Dallas Davis reported that he is currently working with Lisa Martens on updating the building permit application form and the certificates of occupancy application form to reflect the current Village Zoning Code.
V. ADJOURNMENT @ 7:50 P.M.
There being no further business to come before the Board, Nunley moved seconded by Lowery to adjourn. Motion carried.
