MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF
THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS HELD AT THE
Chairman, Jerry Sweckard called
the meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals to order at 7:30 p.m. This was a regularly scheduled meeting.
I.
ROLL CALL: Present: Chairman – Jerry
Sweckard and Board Members – Steve
Powell Sr., Todd Smith, and Wes Nunley
Absent: Jesse
Watkins, Charles Lowery, and Ted Laidig
Also Present: Recording Secretary Austen Wood and Zoning
Officer Dallas
II. APPROVAL
OF MINUTES:
Regular Meeting – February 9, 2010
Powell moved, seconded by Nunley to approve the minutes of
the regular meeting of February 9, 2009 as submitted. Motion carried.
III. ZONING
OFFICER’S REPORT: Dallas Davis presented the
Board with a building permit report of the year to date for 2010.
Nunley
moved, seconded by Powell to accept the Zoning Officer’s report as
submitted. Motion carried.
IV. ADJOURNMENT
@ 7:39 P.M.
There being no further business to come before the Board, Sweckard
moved, seconded by Smith to adjourn. Motion carried.
